 HELLO !                        

   Our blog will focus on the drastic change of gender roles from the 1950s till now in the media. The "normal" portrayal of each sex changed gradually from decade to decade, with the more traditional views being discarded in favor of controversy to. Each of us will focus on a different form of media including film, television, advertisement, games, and music. So our topics will be diverse.

   Since a lot of our research will be focused on different forms of media from across different time periods, the most difficult part will be recovering the older forms. Each of our member will use examples such as TV shows, music, films and so on to assist us in understanding how the roles of genders changed.
